Welcome

An electronic thesis or dissertation (ETD) is an electronic version of your thesis or dissertation. In general, it is the same product as a paper thesis or dissertation, simply in electronic form. The ETD provides a technologically advanced medium for expressing your ideas. OhioLINK is a consortium of Ohio’s college and university libraries and the State Library of Ohio. OhioLINK's ETD Center is a free online database of 8,600 undergraduate honors theses, masters’ theses, and doctoral dissertations from students at participating Ohio colleges and universities.

The University of Cincinnati's ETD Project is in its sixth year. This web site contains complete instructions on creating and submitting your thesis or dissertation to the University of Cincinnati and OhioLINK, training materials on converting your Word and WordPerfect documents to PDF, a multitude of guides to various PDF enhancements, and many links to more resources. There are over 2551 University of Cincinnati ETDs currently available for download on OhioLINK.

Hours for Winter Quarter Submission Deadline Period May 23, 2008 thru May 30, 2008

The ETD Helpdesk hours for Winter '08 ETD submission deadline week starts on May 23, 2008 and ends on May 30, 2008. The hours that it is open are Monday thru Friday (05/23 - 05/30)  8 AM - 4:45 PM. Please call 556-1496 to make an appointment. Changes, if any, will be posted on this website.
